Summer Camps 2025
Camp Descriptions
Our popular summer art camps are back, but with a fresh twist! All of our camps have been revamped with exciting new projects and themes inspired by a collection of contemporary artists. The popularity of our ceramics camps in previous summers prompted us to expand our camp offerings to include two different themes for our Ceramics and Painting Camps: Ocean Treasures and Mythical Creatures. Choose your favorite or try both!
Each week of camp has a morning session and an afternoon session.
Morning sessions (9am-noon) are geared for young artists entering kindergarten through second grade.
Afternoon sessions (1pm-4pm) are designed for students entering 3rd grade through high school.
Ceramics and Painting
Let your child dive into the world of ceramics and painting. We’ll focus on creating unique ceramic pieces using hand building techniques like slab, coil, and pinch pots. We'll also explore painting techniques using watercolors and acrylics. It’s a hands-on, imaginative experience that will leave your child with lasting artistic skills—and a collection of their very own masterpieces!
****Due to the ceramic firing process, projects will be ready for pick up approximately 2 weeks after camp
Mixed Media
This hands-on camp invites kids to explore a variety of art techniques such as printmaking, paint, drawing, collage, and more. Through exciting projects, they’ll practice the elements of art and principles of design to create vibrant mixed media pieces that bring their imaginations to life. Whether they’re a budding artist or just love to make art, our camp will spark their creativity, build confidence, and inspire them to express themselves through the world of mixed media! Come join the fun—where every child is an artist in the making!
3D & Sculpture
Get ready for an unforgettable summer adventure in art! Our 3D and Sculpture camp is perfect for young artists who want to explore clay, papier mache, and recycled material sculpture techniques as they create imaginative 3D projects. This camp is the perfect blend of tactile exploration and artistic expression—your child will leave with a collection of unique works of art and a whole lot of inspiration!
Jewelry Making:
Jewelry Making Camps will be led by Cheryl Weatherford, owner of Chereal Designs, LLC.
